Anna Bell

Anna V. Bell, 63, of Lucasville, died Saturday, May 12, 2012, at her home. She was born March 31, 1949 and was a licensed practical nurse. Preceding her in death were her father and stepmother, Carl and Joanne Coon, and a daughter, Kathy Renee Tilford. Surviving are her husband, Charles “Chuck” Bell, a son, Tommie “Blue” Bell of Portsmouth, 3 daughters, Judy Smith-Luper of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Crystal Bell-mills of Washington Courthouse and Terri Bell-Scott of West Portsmouth, a brother, Chucky Coon of Montana, 2 sisters, Margaret Coon and Pammy Gill, both of Louisianna, 3 granddaughters and 5 grandsons. A graveside service will be 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Scioto Burial Park. The family will receive friends at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN PORTSMOUTH from noon – 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be made to Shriner’s Hospital in Cincinnati or SOMC Hospice. Anna’s family wishes to publicly thank SOMC Hospice for their care and consideration.
