Barbara Jo Crum

Barbara Jo Crum, 93, of Sciotoville, died Monday, September 2, 2024, at the SOMC Hospice Center. Born on February 8, 1931, in Portsmouth, she was the daughter of the late Rayferd and Virginia Green.

Also preceding her in death were her husband, Francis Asbury Crum, a sister, Marilyn Scott of Chillicothe and an infant brother, Little Ray.

Bobbe Jo was a loving mother, a devoted Christian, and a homemaker. 

Surviving is her daughter, Bethany Jo (John) Urik of Chillicothe; a son, Jeff Ray Crum of Sciotoville; a granddaughter, Sara Ellen Crum and her mother, Patricia Crum of Massillon.

A service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 5th, at the Edgewood Abbey Mausoleum with Pastor Tim Wright officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Burial Park. 

The family will receive friends at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday.
