Briana Wooten

Briana Hope Wooten, 11 month old daughter of Laura Smith Boldman of Minford and George “Jeff” Wooten of Portsmouth, died Sunday, August 11, 2013, in the emergency room of Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus.  Briana was born on September 10, 2012 in Columbus and was preceded in death by a sister, Haley Jo Wooten and a grandfather, George J. Wooten, Sr.  Also surviving are a sister, Alyssa Boldman of Minford, grandparents, David M. and Cindy Smith of Minford, step-grandmother, Donna Wooten of Kitts Hill, a special “grandmother” Jan Gee of McDermott, a great-grandmother, Phyllis Lauderback of Minford, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.  A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 15 ^th , at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE with Rick Ratliff officiating.  Interment will be in White Gravel Cemetery in Minford.  The family will receive friends at Brant’s from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to the service.  Memorial contributions in Briana’s name may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 711 East Livingston Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43205.
