Carlton F. Parslow, Jr., 74, of Portsmouth, died Thursday, October 28, 2010, at the SOMC Hospice Center. Born March 2, 1936 in Augusta, Maine, he was a son of the late Carlton Parslow, Sr. and Lucy Hersom Parslow and was owner/operator of the former Sweeper Place. Surviving are his wife, Regina Bivens Parslow, a son, Wayne Parslow; two daughters, Penny Provost and Linda Trudeau; a sister, Joan Huff, and several grandchildren. Arrangements are under the direction of the Brant Funeral Service in Portsmouth.
