Deborah Lynn Johnson, 74, of South Shore, KY, died Friday, October 11, 2024, at the Buckeye Forest at Rosemount Pavilion. Born on December 2, 1949, she was a daughter of the late George C. Imes and Beulah Violet Davis Imes.

A 1968 graduate of East High School, Debbie attended South Shore Church of the Nazarene and was active in the Jaycee’s in the seventies. She worked as a surgical technician and nurse’s aide at the former Southern Hills Hospital and in home care at the Southern Ohio Medical Center.

Also preceding her in death was her husband, Jutson Frank Johnson.

Surviving are two special daughters, Gwendolynn (Christopher) Ruckel and Heather (Scott) McKnabb, all of South Shore, a sister, Michele Imes of Sciotoville and a grandson, Zachary VanBibber of South Shore.

A Celebration of Debbie’s Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15th, at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE with Pastor David Robirds officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Burial Park.

The family will receive guests at Brant’s from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
