Gloria Bennett

Gloria L. Bennett, 83, of Rosemount, died Friday, November 25, 1911, at Heartland of Portsmouth. Born July 19, 1928 in Portsmouth, she was a daughter of the late Howard and Goldie Long Bertram, and was a retired cook from Clay Local Schools. Gloria was a member of Valley United Methodist Church. Also preceding her in death were her husband, Frank “Farmer” Bennett, and brothers, Howard “Hap” Bertram and Ronald “Pal” Bertram. Surviving are a son, Jeff (Sara) Bennett of Reynoldsburg and special grandsons, Seth and Luke Bennett. Very special friends, Janet Shuter and Dave & Vicki Liddle also survive. A Celebration of Life will be 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the Brant Funeral Home in Portsmouth with Tim Doyle officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Brant’s in Portsmouth 11-1 p.m. on Tuesday.
