Jane Sanford

Jane Sanford, 66, of Temperance, MI, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2011 in a Toledo Hospital. A daughter of Wilbur and Marjorie (Miller) Burt, she was born June 9, 1945 in Portsmouth and married Nile Sanford on August 29, 1976 at the Valley United Methodist Church in Rosemount. Jane loved kids, dogs, watching NASCAR, and was an avid reader and an Ohio State University fan. Jane is survived by her loving husband, Nile, children, Jeffery (Tina) Sanford, Todd (Kim) Koehler, Greg (Dawn) Koehler, Richard Sanford, siblings, Dan (Debbie) Burt, Jody (Rick) Showalter, and 8 loving grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Brant Funeral Home in Portsmouth with Rev. David Cottrell officiating. Interment will be in Rosemount Cemetery.
