Joyce Belle Fulk

Joyce Belle Stevens Fulk, 82, of South Charleston, Ohio, died Saturday, March 29, 2025, in Springfield. Born on April 10, 1942, in Star Yards, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Rena Turvey Stevens and was a homemaker.

Joy graduated from Wheelersburg High School in 1961.

Also preceding her in death were several brothers and sisters.

Surviving are a son, Carl Wendell (Vicky) Fulk of Oak Hill, four daughters, Paularene A. (Sam) Hicks of Jackson, Susan (Art) McGee of Oak Hill, Karen (Andrew) Legg of South Charleston, and Carla (Larry) Smith of KY; four sisters, Francie (Donald) Madden of Wheelersburg, Rena “Punkie” Morgan of Arcanum Ivy Burton of Indiana and Elphan Preston of Oak Hill, a brother, Bill Burton of Jackson and many grandchildren, great-grant children and great-great grandchildren.

A service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLLE with Rev. Stan Howard officiating.

The family will receive guests at Brant’s from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
