Julia Morris

Julia C. Morris, 78, of Portsmouth, died Thursday, June 09, 2011, at home. Born on October 25, 1932, in Whitethorn, VA, she was a daughter of the late Jessie and Robie Blanche Shepherd Price. Also preceding her in death were her husband, Frank E. Morris, Sr., sons Bob and Frank Morris, brothers Audrey, Dick, Marvin and Tom Price and a sister, Lois Carden. Surviving are a son, Thomas Morris, two daughters, Sue Morris and Cathy Morris, four brothers, Larry, Mike, Gary and Garnet Price, three sisters, Greta Boyles, Betty Porterfield and Liz Anderson, a granddaughter, Melissa, and two great-grandchildren. Services will be at the convenience of the family with interment in Memorial Burial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army. Arrangements are under the direction of the Brant Funeral Service in Portsmouth.
