Kimberly Dugan

Kimberly Sue Dugan, 47, of Portsmouth, died Saturday, December 10, 2011, at the Southern Ohio Medical Center. Born February 15, 1964, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Shelby Rolfe Dugan and attended the New Boston First Church of the Nazarene. Kim was formerly employed at Star Workshop and is survived by a brother, Thomas Dugan of Wheelersburg. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN PORTSMOUTH with Pastor Brian Paul Holbrook officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Tom will receive friends at Brant’s in Portsmouth 5-7 p.m. on Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to Star Workshop.
