Kimberly Gifford

Kimberly Ann Gifford, 52, of Wheelersburg, died suddenly on Friday, June 17, 2011 in the emergency room of the Southern Ohio Medical Center. Born on November 19, 1958 in Scioto County, she was a daughter of Jessie Louise Newsome Ruggles and the late Carl Vernon Ruggles. Also surviving are one son, Ryan Gifford, two daughters, Jamie (Xavier) Garza and Patricia Gifford, four brothers, Roger Ruggles, Vernon (Anna) Ruggles, Darrell Ruggles, and Martin (Jay) Ruggles, four sisters, Susan (Stanley) Lawhorn, Joenita (Estel) Harr, Deborah Scott, and Delzia (Jerry) Jones, 12 grandchildren, and her companion of 25 years, Russell Blankenbeckly.
