, 87, of Portsmouth, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 11, 2010 from Hempstead Manor. Born on March 29, 1923 in Adams County, she was a daughter of the late, John and Jessie Newman Moore. Mary was a homemaker and a member of the Portsmouth Baptist Church. Her husband, Robert H. Price, also preceded her in death. Survivors include her son, Gerald (Susan) Pack of Delaware, two daughters, Beverly Flowers of Rosemount and Loreen (Danny) Maple of Lucasville, one sister, Edith Clifford, five grandchildren, Greg Pack, Deborah Collins, Brian Maple, Melissa Lucas, and Beverly Flowers-Underwood, ten great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday at Scioto Burial Park with Pastor Michael Phillips officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Brant Funeral Home in Portsmouth. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society and the American Diabetes Association.
