Nancy Rucker

Nancy Lee Rucker, 85, of Wheelersburg, died peacefully at home on Thursday, December 14, 2017. Born on June 24, 1932 in Portsmouth, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Opal Lewis Barbee and attended First Church of Christ in Wheelersburg.
Nancy enjoyed painting and was an avid doll collector.
Also preceding her in death were her husband, George Rucker and a son, Timothy N. Rucker.
Surviving are a daughter, Kimberly (Rodney) Millfhuff of Wheelersburg; two sisters, Sally Ann (Vernon) Kayser of Westerville and Candice L. Barbee of Knoxville; three granddaughters, Stephanie (Paul) Addink, Jennifer Millhuff and Natalie (Ron) Stang and a great-granddaughter, Reese Stang.
A service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 18th, at the Edgewood Abby Mausoleum with Sam Cooke, minister, officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Burial Park.
The family will receive guests at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE after 1:00 p.m. on Monday.
