Norma Jean Dixon

Norma Jean Dixon, 85, of Bedford, passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2025. Born on December 29, 1939, in Portsmouth, she was a daughter of the late Ormond and Mary McMillian and was a custodian for many years at Solon Schools before retiring.

Norma was a kind giving person, and welcomed everyone into her home with open arms, and treated everyone as her own child or grandchild.

She was the beloved wife of the late Donald M. Dixon; dear mother of Donald C. Dixon and Kimberly (Ted Karides) Karides; loving grandmother of Lita (Tim Greene, Jr.) Greene and T.J. Hay, cherished great grandmother of Wyatt and Westlyn.

Services will be at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 20th, at Memorial Burial Park with Pastor Bradley Brandt officiating.

The family will receive guests at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Thursday.
