Norma Munyon

Norma Jean Munyon, 89, of Sciotoville, died Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at the Best Care Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Born on November 14, 1925 in Sciotoville, she was a daughter of the late Elton and Martha Strickland Martin.
Surviving are her husband, Randall Munyon, four sons, Paul (Ladell) Rice of Grand Island, FL, Raymond (Edna) Martin of Umatilla, FL, Darrell (Jessie) Martin of Altoona, FL and John Martin of Eustis, FL.; three daughters, Barbara (Randall) Siebert of Sciotoville, Cheryl (James) Otworth of Wheelersburg and Carol (Ben Gilliam) Martin of South Shore, KY; one brother, Ray (May) Martin of Acworth, GA; one sister, Elizabeth (Terry) Artis of Sciotoville; two stepsons, Randy (Claudia) Munyon and Scott (Kim Cook Munyon, all of Lucasville; one stepdaughter, Rhonda (Chester) Ward of Lucasville; many, many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Larry Rice, one daughter, Angel Martin, and three sisters, Martha Payton, Wanda Lewis, and Mary Bowling.
A funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. on Friday at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE with Pastor Steve Luster officiating. Interment will be in Vernon Cemetery. The family will receive guests at Brant’s in Sciotoville from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday.
