"Death leaves a heartache no one can heal. Love leaves a memory no one can steal."
The memory of Ruth Jacqueline Baird Howell, 84, will never be forgotten because her life touched so many with her unconditional love, kindness, gentleness and generosity.
If love alone could have saved her, she would have never died.
A heart of gold stopped beating 10-20-2012. Her gift of love lives on in her two children Paula G. Howell, and Cheryl S. Howell Trump, her two Grandson's, R. Michael Trump and Brian E. Trump and her wonderful family. It lives on in the lives of all who were blessed to have known her and had her in their lives.
Her favorite prayer was:
"God grant me the serenity
To accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can
And the wisdom to know the difference."
She fought hard to change the things she could and accepted the things she could not change with graciousness.
A private family graveside remembrance will be held at Memorial Burial Park, Wheelersburg, Ohio. A Celebration of Life will be held at Roosevelt Lake on Friday, 10-26-2012 at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to your favorite charity in Ruth's name.
"Cheer up my brother, walk in the sunshine,
We'll understand it all, by and by."
