Shari Mayfield

Shari “Sue” Mayfield, 50, of Portsmouth, died Saturday, November 26, 2011 at home. Born on September 12, 1961 in Scioto County, she was the daughter of Chester and Barbara Grey Porter of Portsmouth. Surviving are her husband, Junior Mayfield, one son, Justin Mayfield at home, six brothers, Jeff Porter, Edward Porter, Mike Porter, Tim Porter, Matt Porter, and Chester Porter II, and several nieces and nephews. Sue was preceded in death by her son, Adam Mayfield. The family will receive friends at the Brant Funeral Home in Portsmouth from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday.
