Shirley L. McLaughlin, 76, of Dayton, formerly of Portsmouth, died Tuesday, July 12, 2011 in Dayton. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2011 at the Sunset Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Scioto County Humane Society.
