Sonja Bonzo

Sonja Marie (Ramey) Bonzo, 68, died peacefully with family by her side Wednesday morning, December 11 at Tuscany Gardens in Pataskala. She was born the daughter of Charles and Ruth Ramey of Sciotoville. She enjoyed life through the devotion to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Ruth Ramey, and her husband of 44 years, J. Richard Bonzo.  Left to cherish her memory are her children Maria Bonzo Spriggs, Barbara Bonzo, Phillip (Jennifer) Bonzo and Rebecca (Mike) White, five grandchildren,  one great granddaughter and a host of family and extended family members.  She retired from the office of Dr. Suzann Bonzo internal medicine after 20 years of dedicated service. A celebration of her life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 14 at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE.  The family will receive friends at Brant’s from Noon to 1 p.m. on Saturday. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.  Following the service the family will receive guests at the home of Dr. Suzann Bonzo. Memorial contributions may be made to SOMC Hospice or Hospice of Central Ohio.
