Terry Lewis

Terry Lynn Lewis, 60, of Lucasville, died peacefully on Thursday, June 9, 2016, at the SOMC Hospice House with her family at her bedside. Born on February 2, 1956 in Portsmouth, she was a daughter of the late Clyde and Wanda Martin Lewis.
Terry was also preceded in death by a brother, Charles Martin, and brothers-in-law, Paul Ward and Russ Gilliam.
Surviving are four brothers, James Lewis and Gary Lewis, both of Canton, GA, and Jeff (Debbie) Lewis and Wesley Lewis, all of Lucasville; three sisters, Phyllis Ward of Portsmouth, Debra Gilliam of South Shore, KY and Tina (Mike) Howe of Portsmouth; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 11th at Scioto Burial Park with Pastor Mike Simpson officiating.
The family will receive guests at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Memorial Gifts may be sent to SOMC Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
